A boutique learning design agency helping conferences design a transformational learning journey before and after the big event.
We ride alongside your event. You keep the wheel.

How it works
We build the before and after around conferences, so the thing people came for actually sticks.
Most of the learning happens outside the room

You produce an incredible conference. People leave happy. But you never know if they apply anything they learned, because afterward there's no follow-up and no support to make it real.
You're producing something ambitious on a budget that never quite stretches, with no room to design what happens before and after.

The Transfer Arc
Your event needs a Pre and a Post. Not a longer event. A designed arc around the one you already run.

We have built a custom platform, Insaga, so participants can have a 1:1 dialogue with Saga, our AI agent, before and after your event. Saga is programmed on the deep research behind the Transfer Arc. We have run it with 6 events, with participants from Danske Bank, Telenor and many more. We're still experimenting, and gathering a community of leading thinkers who care about solving this.
What this opens up
A deeper offer, and a new line of revenue that doesn't mean selling more tickets.
Participants who show up engaged - and who talk about your event to the people they want beside them next year.
A way to serve your most committed people: the ones who keep coming back and want more than a seat.

Who we work with
Ambitious teams who want their event to change something real for the people it gathers.
- The teams
- You have built something people come back to. You can feel them asking for a way in that goes deeper than a programme slot.
- The model
- You do not pay us. Participants pay for the deeper track, and we split what is left.
- The size
- It works from about 400 people up. Smaller than that, write us and we will be honest about whether it fits.
